This is for you, Sharon...I did actually get around to making this (thanks to having a few days home sick) It was great to have my sister, Sharon, down for a few days. She too, is a creative one, and gave me some tips to make a little Thomas material go further for this pillow slip.
This pink purse and father's day pouch were 2 of the projects from this month's stamp club. Both made using different dies and the Big Shot.
This was a little bundle of pillow box treats for the lovely hostess at last night's party
I CASED the original design layout of this card from Rose Y. You can see her card in different colours in a previous post. Some card creations I've been up to recently-which we made last night at one of my Stampin' Up! parties. Trying to keep things simple AND pretty is achievable...

Last Thursday night we had our Pretty-n-Ink gathering-which is a lovely gathering of ladies who are my Stampin' Up! Demonstrator sisters with Katie M. as our upline. We also did a swap using products from the new 2010-2011 Stampin' Up! Ideas Book and Catalogue. Below are the gorgeous swaps I came home with-it's like having Christmas early! I love seeing what other people create. Complex or simple-there is always some inspiration to be gained! Here's what we came up with... We also made this beautiful card with the 3-D flower-designed by Katie M. I REALLY love this-well worth the time it took to make (most of the time REALLY was laughing/talking too much so that Katie could hardly get a word in edge ways). Thanks Katie! Thanks ladies for sharing your creativity.
A rainy day it is here today-a great day to stay home and do some baking. Julia has been begging to do some cooking for days now-and Since it is Father's Day tomorrow, I thought now was a good time to do it. I saw this cute cookie pop idea here, so I thought it looked simple enough to try-using more masculine colours. Julia and her friends came up with the above these cookies for their Dads on Father's Day.
An Intriguing sign we saw at the PowerHouse recently...What! No high heels for children up to 8 years old! Shocking!
Master Chef Julia munching into her cupcakes
Well, it seems that I haven't posted some card creations for a while...but I have been busy-I have just been planning for upcoming Club meets and a party-so I can't show you those....yet. But I will show you a little card I made recently.
I live In the land of Aus with my Husband, Ken, and my two gorgeous kid-lets. To "Vege" out I love creating just about anything-from pretty cupcakes and treats to card-making, and gardening. In my past life I was a Florist-but now I enjoy staying home to look after my family. And just because I love Stampin' Up! I am also an independant Stampin' Up! demonstrator because it gives me a creative outlet where I can share my ideas with others.
